Movement is life! Dynamic movement full of variety is one of the fundamental keys to living well. Without movement, stagnation settles in. We’ve heard it a thousand times we need to move to maintain strength, keep mobility and independence, and ward off depression, anxiety, and stress. Movement is a huge mood booster all by itself! If we engage in healthy moving habits frequently, we will have the ability to live life confidently.

I’ll be the first to admit it, maintaining fitness and moving everyday can be challenging for any number of reasons.
